What should I do if I forgot my member ID/password?

Your Member ID is your email address within the organization. If you can’t remember your password, use the Forgot Password page to reset it.

My member ID (Email) and password does not work. What should I do?

Contact pass.support@wichita.edu Technical support is available during business hours 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (CST).

How can I reset my password?
  1. a. You can change your password by going to Change Password dropdown menu from the top of the page.
  2. b. If you don’t remember your password, use forgot password to reset it.
  3. c. If you still have a problem in signing in, please contact us at pass.support@wichita.edu.
